Join me for Forest Bathing at Miami Whitewater Park. During this 2 hour session, you will learn the history of Forest Bathing and the concept of reciprocity. We will have a group sensory awareness experience and you will be provided with invitations to allow you to connect with nature. We will have group sharing and a closing ceremony plus much more!

We will be meeting at Timberlakes Trail picnic area in the parking lot. Timberlakes Trail is off of Harbor Ridge Drive, coming into Miami Whitewater Park off of West Rd.
